these are just the rumored examiners for the bar2008. It came from an unreliable source, believe at your own risk. Its better to be prepared for the worse. Rumors always end up to be false after the bar

i agree with fbsensei, i don't think it matters much if we know who the examiner is
true, you can be guided by reading the examiner's book
BUT
the law does not change based on WHO makes the exams
i think it is also more confusing and it will cause more panic
as when the barrister will worry that he was not able to read that book
destroys self confidence
barristers in the past have heard such rumors, some were true, some were not
