i need help, iam male, married but separated,, but before me and my spouse separated, i got her pregnant,, but the problem is my wife did not use my lastname on my babys name.. she used her last name even though were married.can i compel my wife to change my babys last name to mine. ..what should i do?? thank you!!

in addition to that fact, i wasnt able to sign the birth cert because im out of the country,but iam supporting my baby from the time she was born.. need help plsss...

did she declare herself to be single? you have to file a petition to correct the birth certificate

yes atty. she didnt declared that shes married, and fathers information on the babys birth certificate is All N/A..

it can be done even against her will as long as you can prove that the child was born during the marriage
