Good day,
Problema ko po ngayon malapit nang mag Aral ang aking anak ngunit yong apelyido niya sa akin po dinala hindi po kami kasal nang mister ko ngunit pinapirma po sya nang approval para gamitin yong apelyido niya sa anak namin pangatlo. Na shock nlang po kami nang dumating yong Live birth nang anak ko na apelyido ko ang dinala ni hindi pa kami nakapag paregister yon pala yong lying in sa health Center ang nagpapa register. Ano po ba gagawin ko please help me Atty.
