I dont know my real dad.

the lastname that my mom used is the same as my half brother.

How do I change my lastname instead to my mom's lastname?

also, I already have 2 children, is it possible to have their lastname changed once I change mine?

Is your mom married to the father of your half-brother?

Are you adopted by your step-father?

Why would you want to change your surname to that of your mother?

- No, no stepfather, the setup is my mom singlehandedly raised us..

Why would you want to change your surname to that of your mother?
- since I dont really know my dad, for me, its pointless na dala ko yung name ng tatay ng kapatid ko Sad

my mom put those info out of good faith daw, pero it is getting complicated po eh..

What is the point of changing your surname back to that of your mothers then? What complications?

In any case, you can petition the court for correction of entry on your BC.
