i would like to know the legal process if in a company, a certain manager was alleged to be involved in creating opposition bloc against the management. what are the rights of the accused? He was given a memo to explain in writing to be heard and after giving his explanation the company served him preventive suspension from work for 30 days. Does the employee have the right to complain against the company since there were no valid proof?
