Hi, im a store mgr and is currently on preventive suspension due to anomalous transactions by my 2 counter staffs. They've admitted their theft but as a store mgr it was my command responsibility. The management's grounds for my suspension were willful breach of trust and gross negligence since this incident cause a loss of substancial amount. And i was advised that this will defenitely cause my job and possible criminal charges also. Can they do this? Considering the two counter staff admitted already and told them it was only the two of them who knows about this?
