1. Is holographic will legal and admissible in the Philippine court?

2. What is the inheritance law for childless couples? What percentage of conjugal properties are awarded to the surviving legal spouse if the other spouse dies without a will and had a duly-acknowledged illegitimate child prior to the marriage?

3. Is it possible not to give any inheritance to compulsory heirs in a legal will?

1) yes

2) surviving spouse gets half as her share of conjugal property. the other half is divided between her and the illegitimate child.

3) law reserves portion of estate as legitime of compulsory heirs
