My tita made a holographic will, I was one of the witnesses, she wrote it in black ink tapos napirmahan ko using a blue ink with my name and signature, magkakaproblema po ba sya dun in case i contest ng dinisinherit nya? thanks

A holographic will does not need witnesses. It will depend on the face of the holographic will. The will needs to be examined by a lawyer.

shobin, color of ink is not an issue. your signature is not necessary. note that you have to file a petition in court to have the will approved by court
