our deadline for the position letter is on 11/04/2011. we are having a hard time to look for the template.

we have a pending case in nlrc. we are demanding for our back pays.

not wise to wait so long, and it's not a letter, but a paper.

if you're not getting a lawyer, just state the facts as you believe them and attach the documents at the end. look for a verification which is placed at the end.
