In a labor case, how many times do both parties exchange position papers? I'm asking because my private lawyer is already asking for the second half of my payment. Ang nasa contract kasi namin is "the second half shall be required before the final pleading". We are just about to send a reply to the respondent's first position paper. Kindly advise.
