We bought a piece of land in the
province last March of this year,
2011. It was a part of a land with
a mother title. It was divided into
four {4} parts. The 1st 2 parts
already have its' individual title
while the 3rd is still under process.
Ours was the 4th part. It was already
surveyed and the surveyor was also
the one who prepared for the deed
of sale. She gave us an unedited
and unnotarized copy of the said
deed of sale. She also offered
her services to us to process
the title and so we paid her
services but until now her answer
is "still under process"...and
yesterday she is asking for the
tax declaration.

With your assistance, may we ask
how long will it take us to have
our land title? and, how to transfer
a tax declaration to a land title?

Is there any chance or possibility
that we are being scammed by the
surveyor? We have an informal documets
as acknowledgement receipt or proof
of our payments to the seller and
the services to be rendered by the
surveyor.
