Hi!I would like to get some advise on what to do with our situation.
My father died 5yrs ago leaving several properties with no land titles only tax declaration copies. He inherited these from his legally adopted parents who are now also dead. But the name of owner on the tax declarations is still under the maiden name of his adopted mother(our grandmother). My queries are:
- Are we entitle for some inheritance?If yes,
- How can we get the properties titled or transferred under our names?
- What are the steps that we have to do to settle the estate?
