I have been working for this BPO Company for the past 3 years already and am currently facing dismissal due to an filed case by my wife which involves Immorality. We have been separated for a year now and both parents to a 2 year old child. I have been supporting my child financially and I do have papers to prove my claim. My question is, "Is it lawful for my employer to dismiss me and my current partner who is now 6 months pregnant?". Our company's CoC states any immoral act is deemed terminable, but has no clause stating any definition of the term Immoral. Your immediate response will truly be appreciated.
