Hello to all,

I would just like to ask if there is any chance of proving bigamy if the two marriage certificates used as evidence had discrepancies between them?

For example, the age of the person is different in the first and second marriage certificates and the signatures are also completely different.

Would discrepancies such as this make it impossible or very difficult to prove the person is one and the same?

thanks!

not impossible, but more difficult. you have to present more evidence that they refer to one and the same person
