Hello, I need some advice here because my landlord, Housing Association sent a letter to me ( my name spelled very bad) saying " The Association has reason to believe that you are sub letting our Property which is a breach of your tenancy".
I have no idea what are they talking about because we are family of four and nobody else spends a night except us. I pay my rent myself because we are 3 working adults and a schoolgirl. I have no rent arreas at all.
They also stated the day and time when somebody is comming (day time when everyone is not at home) to check identities.
I do not want to phone them, because the phone No is 0845...
What should I do in this situation? I am very angry!!!
