Posible po b magkaroon ng kasong murder na wala naman po syang napatay? Paano po na isasampa ang kaso n wala namang nangyaring pagpatay? At ano po ang dapat gawin ng taong may kahalintulad n kaso......salamat po sa pagtugon

Hire a lawyer who specializes in criminal law to check if there is a case filed against you, and to set up the necessary defenses/petitions if there was indeed a criminal case for murder filed against you.

The charges filed with the prosecutor can always change, depending on the stage of the criminal proceeding. It can be downgraded to attempted homicide or frustrated homicide, which does not have the element of the victim actually dying.
