gud pm po..nabili po kasi nming mag-asawa ang parte ng tito nya dito sa compound nila..kahati po ng tito nya ang byenan ko..nabili po nmin ito ng hulugan..gusto po sana nming ayusin na mag-asawa ang pagtransfer ng ownership kaso po hindi nmin alam ang dapat na hingiin o iexpect nming papers na galing sa tito nya..gusto po sana nming ung share nmin ay sa pngalan nming mag-asawa at ung sa parte ng byenan ko ay sa pangalan nya..salamat po sa advice...

is it property which has a TCT? is the name of the tito on the title or tax dec?
