pano mo pa gagawin ko if yun nabili kon bahay ay may pagkakautang sa meralco. Gusto ko po sanang magpalinya ng kuryente..anong mga steps and dapat ko gawin at documents ang dapat kong present sa meralco para ma approve yun application ko

first, go to meralco. meralco will provide you with a list of requirements including the application form.

now, be ready with your notarized deed of sale. this deed of sale will establish the fact that you are not the same person that is indebted to meralco. also, you may want to execute an affidavit to prove that you did not know of the fact of indebtedness of the previous owner/seller to meralco when you bought the house.

what if walang titulo ng lupa.. ang nangyari kasunduan lang.. May lagda nilang mag asawa at lagda namin mag-asawa. walang dead of sales..Skwater area po kasi yun may ibang nagmamay-ari.. Sa tingin ninyo po ba macoconvince namin yun meralco na lgyan kami ng linya.
