Hi! i would like to ask if it is possible to cancel my first registered BC? my mom filed on my first BC that she and my biological father were married, though in fact they are not. so when my father left us. my mother went abroad and registered me under late registered in her name. since i was in grade school until college i used the late reg BC and until i got married and had kid. but recently, NSO released my first BC and i can't obtain a copy my late reg bc, how can i cancel the first one? pls really need your help.
