Hi Atty,

ask ko lang po regarding sa case ng friend ko.
worried kasi sila kasi ung marriage contract nila eh 2 times naregister sa NSO with different name ng wife nya.
ung 1st MC po kasi ang nailagay n surname sa babae eh ung surname n kagad ng lalake imbes n surname nya nung dalaga.

eh sabi nung nagprocess ng docs iregister nalang daw ng bago (with different date as well) kasi mahabang proseso daw pag pinabago pa nila.

so ano po ba ang mangyayari sa ganitong sitwasyon?
pede ba sila makasuhan ng falsification of docs?
or pwede pang ipacancel ung una?
