if you got hit in the NBI clearance, does it means the case is already in the higher court?

hi, i need some help. because im really confused. i want to have a passport and try to work abroad. i tried to get an NBI clearance but i got hit. then the clerk told me to check the case that i have. but i didnt recieve any subpoena. well, my main concern is. if i cant have a NBI clearance does it mean i cant able to have a passport too? my friend told me that if the court doesnt have any dicussion yet. its still possible to go abroad. can you please help me regarding this. thanks alot.

atty, thank you for your reply, another question is. how will i know if i dont have hold order in the immigration? bec i tried to go at the NBI and they told i have a pending case. but do you think is it possible to get a passport and can work abroad? what does it mean when you cant get an NBI clearance, but they didnt said that i should be arrested? i just have a pending case. is it possible if i can still pursue for my application in my passport?

yes, you can still get a passport. you can inquire at the bureau of immigration.

hi atty, i followed what you told me. i went to immigration first and checked if i have records for HDO OR WATCHLIST. luckily, no record on file found. I process just last week my passport, and im just waiting for them to deliever my passport. But my question is, do you think there would be possible problem regarding my passport? and if so theres no any problem. does it mean can go and travel? thank you so much atty. more power to you!

i believe you will get your passport. as for a wlo, check again before you leave.

This morning, I was trying to get an NBI clearance but unfortunately I was not able to get it because they said its a HIT.
I was worried because I remember that I have an unpaid credit card but I don't receive any demand letter from them. Does that reflect to my NBI Clearance? If that is the case what can I do? Can I pay the credit card company? But I don't have a job, What option can I do? Huhulihin po ba nila ako? Please I am really worried.

my case daw po ako sa nbi, pero wala nman po akong supoena n nrereceive... pano po un? am i not going to have the clearance??

sir, nun una po ako kumuha ng NBI eh ok naman po 1 week lang nakuha ko na (2008). meron po ako case nun pero nayos na po, nakuha na din po yung nbi ko walang hit. nagtataka lang po ako ngayon kasi nung kumuha po ako this year lang po release po sana ng march 1 pero pagdating ko po dun ang sabi eh pumunta daw po ako sa march 7 sa NBI UN avenue for quality control, eh d ibig sabihin po may "hit" ako? pero bakit ganun po na ngayon lang lumabas? ibig po ba sabihin may kaso ako? paki sagot po salamat po sir!!!

hi gud evening atty.gusto ko lang pong magtanong nong nakaraang march 11 nakuha ko ang clearance ko subalit pinabalik ito ng agency ko dahil hindi raw magkapariha ang spelling ng middle name ko kaya nagtanong ako sa dito sa nbi davao kung pwede bang chane name lang ang gagawin ko, kaso sabi ng incharge doon di daw pwde kaya pina fill up ako ng bago at binago ko ang aking middle name batay sa nakalagay sa passport ko until now la parin pero dati narin akong hit kanina pinatingnan ko sa kaibigan ko don sa nbi office wla paraw eh insakto ngayon na 15 working days eh mula nong april 24 ng muli akong mag file ang tanong ko ngayon kung andyan na ba ang clearance ko at bakit natagalan.

Hindi ko po kasi alam na hindi pa po pala cleared yung case nung husband ko, since wala naman po kasi kaming na rerecieve na sobrena or hindi po kami nakakatanggap ng papel na pinapatawag po yung asawa ko para po sa case na kinsasangkutan nya po. Ngayon po kasi nag aapply po sya ng panibagong work and syempre common naman po talaga yung requirements yun nga pong NBI. Sana po matulongan nyo po ako kung ano po ba yung dapat namin gawin para makakuha po sya ng NBI nya po, maraming salamat & GODBLESS po.

kapag na hit ka sa NBI it means may kapangalan ka na may criminal case record from court/ombudsman/sandiganbayan/police. it will take time within 3 weeks for verification sa NBI Main office.
Civil cases are not covered by NBI.

Yung case ko po may 2 case ako ng estafa po filed 2016 and 2017. 2012 po ako nagresign sa company na madaming ngfile na client at supplier. Umalis ako dahil nadedelay pi ang sweldo. Ngaun po kumuha ako ng nbi dahil may bago akong papaukan trabaho. Wala po akong nakuha na summon or subpoena. Ngaun may record na ako sa nbi may warrant of arrest na po ba ako or may pulis na ppunta sa bahay po namin?
