My son got troubled years back. Although it was not entirely his fault, his enemies immediately filed a case. But before this case was brought to the court, my son opted to settle it by paying some amount of money. Both parties agreed not to pursue the case after payment took place. My question is, how come that this case still appeared at my son's NBI record when this was not actually brought to the court?
