Is this legal that when your case is in the court of appeals already a judge from the province can give decision about the case? A sheriff went to our house and took a video of my mother. They also told her not to step anymore on the land because of the
Decision made by the judge. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

paano napunta ng CA kung wala pang verdict ang kaso the the Provincial Trial court?
untill mabaligtad ng CA ang hatol ng naunang TRC, yun ang masusunod..
