I need help. I owe Php15,000 from a loan shark/5-6. I surrendered my atm kaso nagpalit ng ATM ung company ko and I wasn't able to give it to them. I wasn't able to pay it na due to financial difficulty. Now I got an email stating that there is already a case in court and NBI investigators will get in touch with me. Totoo ba to? I'm also wondering if how to verify the case since they give me a case number. For reference, it's under QC RTC daw. The case number is 2186-5468-6355. Valid case number ba to?

Hope you could help me.

i doubt the veracity of the case number. if they filed a case already they should have given you the branch number. likewise, the NBI thing may be a hoax to threaten you.

collection agency has this habit of harassing debtors.

i suggest you communicate with the bank directly.
