Arresto Menor

Ang problema ko po ay tungkol sa kasal ko sa lalaking kasal pala na hindi alam. Yun po bang kasal ko ay legal o void? Pwede po ba ako mgpakasal ulit at magiging legal po ba ito?

were you not required to submit a cenomar?

only the first marriage is considered valid. your marriage is void for being bigamous. if you remarry to someone else, it will be bigamy. if you remarry your current husband it will not have any legal effect.
