Question po, yung isang officemate namen nagcomplaint sa comment namen sa facebook this was the comment "walang kaibigan, saka di na promote kasi tanga" may kaso ba yan? or pudedng matanggal sa trabaho sa comment na yun? ano ho bang laban namen if ever, can we file a complaint sa nlrc?

Kaya may comment sa facebook, dahil nagdirty finger sya sa kaibigan namen, so pinost sa facebook tas nagcomment na lahat.

posting a defamatory remark against someone is the crime of libel. there is obvious malice in the statement.

while a criminal case can be filed against you, i don't believe this is necessarily a basis for termination because it is not directly work-related.
