Arresto Menor

I canceled my subscription with Globe on April 4, 2011.
All money was paid and there isn't any outstanding Debt.
I brought back the modem and was assured that the antenna would be picked up within 3 weeks.
It has been 5 1/2 months and they still haven't picked up the antenna. I have contacted them 7 times with no results. With a confirmation number issued.
Is there a law that says after a certain amount of time the property can be claimed by me or can they leave it on my roof forever?
