Arresto Menor

I cancelled my contract with Globe Broadband on 04/04/11. I returned the modem and all equipment that belonged to them and paid the 2 month penalty charge for early cancellation. They told me that the antenna would be removed within 3 weeks.
We are going on 9 weeks with out removal. I have e-mailed 3 times and then went to the office and they scheduled to have it removed last week. No one has shown up. Appearently they do not really care about their equipment, or expense.
There is not any mention in the contract about removal of equipment. Is it within my right at this moment to take it down and let it sit in my yard?
There has to be some kind of limitation even though it is not mentioned. I know this is not a major issue but I want that antenna off my roof and any responsibility for it.
Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Milloy36

write them another letter that they have delayed their pick up and you do not consider yourself liable if the antenna is damaged or lost. but still take care of it.
