Is it true that BP 22 is being handled by MTCCs.
MTCCs cannot issue an HDO.

Sir,wish to seek advice?.. regarding jurisdiction of a check issue, if the transaction was been in Quezon city, could it be possible to file in another court outside Q.C.?? wish to hear from you asap, thank u and more power.(this about BP 22)
