Bounce check

Help please!

I had issue a check before for a loan. But last january i had some financial difficulties making 2 checks to bounce. Pero i was able to settle the 2 bounce check and continue making payments for the rest of my balance until it was paid ib full last june. Now the lending company is sending me a demand letter. Kailangan ko daw bayaran ung mga penalties & other charges they had paid sa bank. Last time na nakausap ko sila nung feb nasa 4,000+ lang ung penalties & charges pero ngayon umabot na ng 11,000+
I just want to know if they can still file a case on me ung sa anti bounce check law even if i already settled the bounce check. Im willing to pay ung penalty pero i cant pay it in full. Sinabi ko na sa kanila un pero they insist na ibigay ko ng buo eh ad of now wala naman akong work. Please help...

kung ang tanong mo ay pede ka nilang kasuhan ng anti bouncing check law, tingin ko ay hindi, dahil nabayaran mo naman na ang kabuuan ng iyong ni loan.  kahit mag file sila, sa aking opinyon, hindi rin ito magproprosper dahil pagkatapos mag bounce ng dalawa mong tseke hindi naman sila sumulat sayo at nagdemand, at nabayaran mo pa ng buo ang iyong ni loan.

Tanungin mo sila sa kung ano yung mga charges at penalties na tinutukoy nila, since nabayaran mo naman ng buo na, yung loan mo.
