I bought house & lot @ cavite. It is under in-house financing loan which is @ 18% interest for almost 2years. Since the interest is very high I wanted to transfer the loan to Pag-ibig but avida did not allow us to refinance it to Pag-ibig. They just advice me to apply for bank loan which is a disadvantage to me because my I am just a call center agent wherein most banks disapprove call center employees for loans
My question is does avida has the right to disapprove if I want to refinance it to Pag-ibig? If no, what should I do?
