atty, please advice..
we've been living on this land for more than 25 years...this land belongs to the brother of my grandfather..when my parents first built their house here, they (my parents) together with grandfather ask permission from his brother to allow his son (my father) to built a house here.. his brother permitted it.. they even signed a letter allowing my father..with that, they constructed a house that we are leaving now.. that time, my parents spent 3million for building the house..
my grandfather died and so is his brother..and now his children from first and second marriage want us to vacant the said property because they want to sell it to other buyer..
atty. dont we have a right to be ask first if we want to buy this property since we've been living here for more than 2 decades? if they're not gonna sell us this property, dont we have the right to ask for money that cost my parents to built this house?
please give me an advice.
