Arresto Menor

Hi.. hoping someone could help me understand and enlighten me somehow.. nabasa ko na timberland is somehow parang forest land din po... May tita po kasi akong nag bebenta ng lupa.. ang hawak nya ay DENR lot plan at wala daw po kasing number kasi "timberland" po un... is it legal to buy such lot? Sorry if I sounded like a very stupid person.. but I dont really have any idea about these things... please help. Thanks

timberland, forestland, - these are not allowed to be privately owned. you should inquire first at the denr as to the status of these properties.
