I got confused by a text in an add with land for sale.
(If any) what's the difference between having
1. Timberland
2. and Stewardship of land with forest?

I did read somewhere Timberland CAN be transfered to Titled if it have been in the family long enough,
but when a Filipina tried to get their Timberland titled, then the office said Timberland CAN'T.
Which is corect?
