gud pm po....when my employer still alive she has this sugarcane plantation and the sales were deposited on her account and or her nephew...she died last year still the plantation continued to operate...here comes my employers heirs...di sila magkasundo...yung isang pamangkin kinuha yung checks sa central at dinala sa manila for deposit yan ngayon ang nasa custody ko....the pamangkin wants the checks to be deposited to the same acccount but already frozen... the other pamangkin knew that the checks are with me...now they want me to deposit these to other accounts of their tita na solo lang....ito bang sales na ito eh conjugal?may court order na ho pala na widow na ang namatay ko na employer... i am confused where to deposit these checks baka ho kasi ma stale....thank you po...

isn't it you can only deposit it to the payee of the check?

your defense is that the check was deposited to the payee. or if they can't make a decision, don't deposit the checks. not your fault.

sir, wala po ako narereceived na demand letter, puro sa txt po yung pananakot nila, ano po dapat kong gawin sir?

try to avoid personally receiving any written notice of dishonor or demand letter so any charge of bp 22 will not prosper.

if a warrant of arrest is issued against you, it will appear in your nbi record. they can request a wlo which is good for max of 4 months. if they publish it, you might be able to file a case of libel, depending on what it says.

no, the nbi will record after the warrant is issued and it will stay until the case is dismissed. you have to process the lifting of the WLO.

you should go to the main office or branch. only way to find out is to apply for the nbi clearance
