My family lives here Bicol. My father bought a secondhand car in Manila. Dito namin gagamitin ang car sa Bicol. Pwede po ba na magpa notaryo ang father ko nung deed of sale nung car dito na lang sa Bicol o kailangan talaga sa Manila kung saan binili yung car. Please help me. Thank you.

it can be anywhere.

if you can find a progressive notaries who understands how it's properly done, the seller can have the agreement notarized as to himself, and you can have the it notarized in bicol as to you. the two parts will make one agreement.
