my tita got married in Phils,went to US, but nagkahiwalay din sila,But their marriage wasn't nullified.Wala na rin sila communication for 10 yrs.

my tita is already a US citizen now planning to get married in the US.

Valid pa ba ang kasal nya in the Phils?
Ano po dapat gawin para makasal siya in the US?

she should first file a petition for divorce in the US before getting married otherwise she will be liable for bigamy there
