My boyfriend and I are planning to get married, but he has 2 daughters sa ex nya. And they had a legal agreement that he will send money for their children. They are not married. Before they made their agreement letter his ex want to get 75% of his salary for his children "daw", but he disagree(wala ng matitirang panggastos bf ko). So they end to 50% of his salary.

If ever we get married and have children(s). What are the rights can I have for my family. Can that agreement be void? Or Can we get one of his daughter from his ex that way, tig-isa sila ng bubuhayin?

If your BF has acknowledged that those two daughters are his by affixing his signature in their birth cert or by an admission in a public document or private handwritten instrument. Then the children, although illegitimate are entitled to be supported by their biological father. Should you get married, their rights to be supported shall not stop nor be interrupted.

The children have his last name. I just wonder kung pwede ba nila pagtig-isahan yung dalawang bata? Can he have the custody of the eldest? he will support the eldest and his ex will support the youngest? His ex doesn't even want to work, she's just waiting for the financial support from my man.

only the children are entitled to support. he can file a petition in court to settle the amount he should be giving them.
