I am one of the owners and the seller. But a cousin who used to be the administrator of the land transacted the business with the tenant without my knowledge. Now, my cousin wouldn't answer my calls and sms and i cant locate the tenants. If ever my cousin and the tenant had a contract made between the two of them without my knowledge,but with the knowledge of one of the owners, will it be binding? can I eject the tenant off the property without notice? Thanks for answering my previous post.

sorry, I misunderstood. only with the consent of the tenant.
you can sell it, but the new buyer has to respect the lease.
