I am a resident here in Ireland and currently plan to marry my Irish bf through civil ceremony. I am still a Filipino citizen.

The information I provided here in Ireland is that I am still single. I did file for an annulment in the Philippines but was denied.

What are the legal impediments if I pursue this?

your 2nd marriage will be void and you may be liable for bigamy there.

you can consider filing for divorce there. it will have no effect as per philippine law, but at least it will be recognized there

If I file for divorce and proceed with getting married here in Ireland, can my current partner and I get married in the church in the Philippines later on?

My previous marriage there was a civil ceremony. I still intend to file for an annulment later on but can i present my marriage cert here in Ireland to get married in church there in the Philippines?

Thank you so much.

I wouldn't recommend it because your first marriage will still be subsisting and both of you will be liable for bigamy.
