my wife and i got married last year here in dubai at the philippine consulate. we were issued with a marriage license with a validity of 120 days only.. we were told as well that we have to register it with NSO in the philippines, the problem is, we dont have the chance to go back home to do this because of work issues.. and i was told by a friend that if we dont register it with NSO within a year(from the date of marriage), it will be considered null and void. How true is this? and to add on, we barely have 6weeks before this 1year time frame ends..

that's not true. ask the consulate regarding their process of reporting the marriage.

good evening atty.

as of today, divorced narin sila nung hapon at may isang anak sila.
possible ba na mapapadeport siya ng kapatid nya kahit may anak na sya na japanese citizen? what will happen to her atty?

pls help atty...thanks po!
