Good Afternoon.I would like to seek advise from any atty. I resigned sa company yesterday ng walang hard copy ng resignation only email lang.May case ba sila na maipafile sa akin since ayoko ng bumalik pa sa work?if yes,ano yun?sa international recruitment agency ako nagwork.kasi 10hours ang need irender na time ng trabaho sa office from 830-630pm walang overtime pay kahit inaabot kame ng 1030pm sa work depende lang kung kelan gusto ng management na bigyan kame ng ot pay.Pumasok kame ng June 12 for jobfair sunday yun legal holiday pero ang bayad smen ay 1day lang+certificate of recognition.

it's fine to send a resignation via email, but the labor code requires you to provide 30 day notice, else the company can claim damages.

hello po.ano po ang usual na nagiging case ng employee kung magfile po ng damages ang company?meron din po ba akong pedeng ifile na laban sa kanila kung ang sweldo po namen ay usual na cash advance lang or delay?wala pong deduction sa tax?saan po kaya ako pede magfile ng case laban sa employer ko?
