hi, i badly needed help.
i received a notice to vacate and want us to vacte the premisses in 15 days.
The contractor commited a new computation which i did not receive and now the reason why i need to vacate is because as per the letter. "refuse to pay" i did not receive any computation so i will have an idea how much, where and when will i pay. they are terminating my contract. and cancelling the payment i already made.

please advise please... i'm frustrated Crying or Very sad

are you a lessee or buyer? no one can force you to leave without a court order.
