san po ko mag-uumpisa pra ipa acknowledge ung bata sa father nya? punta b ko sa abogado pra humingi ng affidavit or sa civil registrar? pls help..

already born, she is 3 years old, but other family kc kmi, kya ndi ko ipina acknowledge sa father kc magging proof un sa amin

you can just have the father issue an affidavit of acknowledgment so the child's name remains the same. you can just keep the affidavit
