the case can continue; whether the petition will be granted depends on the evidence.

good evening atty....I would just like to ask any advice from you.My husband filed an annulment case against me.I just received the notice just one week ago and according to the messenger that i have only 15 days to answer or submit my affidavit. When i read the affidavit of my husband, some allegations were all lies and i ought to disagree on it.He made some stories which i never do it .He left us when my son was two weeks old and until now the custody of my son is with me.In short i have been a single parent till now.In this case,i agree to have an annulment but i would not sign on what he wrote on his affidavit because i was thinking if ill sign it on the later part he will get my son.Attorney if i will counter file or defend on his allegations on me,will i really get a private lawyer?or will it be okay to ask for legal service on public attorney's since i cant really afford to have a private lawyer..on the other hand,my husband has still a pending case against me and it was r.a 9262 and the case is on going still.please give me any advice on what i am going to do and that he can never get my son too.thank you and God bless.
