Need advice regarding filing an annulment. The other party is not cooperating and will not agree or oppose the annulment case, what will happen to the case? And what is best for this situation.

you don't need their cooperation for the case to prosper. in fact collusion is basis for dismissal.

thank u for that reply. Meaning, if the annulment case has been filed, and the other party did not cooperate or opposes the petition, still i can get the grant for the annulment?

i heard filing an annulments case is really expensive. the huge amount needed to file the case is stopping me to continue. im in great financial crisis from rising my child alone right now. but i want to pursue to file the case as soon as i fix my saving. but can you give me an idea of amount i need to prepare for filling an annulment case?
