Hi,

Ask lang po nahuli ko po kasi ung wife ko na meron syang third party while im working po abroad. all the conversation and kung san po sila nagkita nasakin po lahat at nasakin po. pero pag sinasabi ko na gusto ko namakipag hiwalay she is trying to commit suicide... 2nd time nya na mag attempt mag laslas... ano po bang pwede kung gawin may anak po kami na 8 years old...

It depends what you want to happen.

What you need to immediately do is to hire a lawyer who is well-versed with family law so that he can give you the necessary legal advice regarding your situation.

Other than that, you and your wife may want to undergo marriage counseling with a psychiatrist here in the Philippines if you want to try to save the marriage, but that is not mandatory before filing a case in court.
