Our HMO contract ended last June 30th, our HR would like to change provider and is currently on negotiation and we were asked to wait until further notice until the 8th of this month and in addition to what I have mentioned above, we were informed not to use the previous HMO.I am worried that if there will be an emergency I would like to know what we can do about this matter. FYI, I am a regular employee.

you and the other employees should be writing letters of concern to management regarding the situation, and be careful about your health in the meantime.
