HIT nbi clearance

Year 2003 and year 2009 i applied for NBI clearance and get it on the same day. today i applied for nbi clearance but adviced me to go back after a week. No HIT written on my receipt.

its bothering me since a case was filed against me last 2010. i received a subpoena on may 5 2010. so i went to PAO with the complainant. we got the issue settled. we went to the fiscal's office and had the "motion to withdraw complaint". we settled the issue even before the date on the subpoena which i have to present myself in the fiscals office.

i have the letter of withdrawal of complaint with stamp and signed by the complainant.

is this the reason why i didnt get my nbi clearance?
if so. i only have the photocopy of the "motion to withdraw complaint" do i need to secure an original copy from the fiscals office?

update ko lang po. nag check ako sa rtc, wala na daw yung kaso kasi na pirmahan na daw ng judge para ma withdraw yung complaint nung may 31 2010. nasa akin na rin yung copy from fiscals office. tinanong ako nung taga rtc baka daw nag reklamo sa pulis yung complainant before nag sampa ng kaso sa fiscal.

possible po ba magka hit ako sa nbi clearance dahil nareklamo ako sa pulis station (altho di ako sigurado kung nagcomplain nga yung complainant sa police). kung halimbawa na nag complain nga sila sa police bakit wala ako natangap na reklamo from the police station? sabi kasi sakin pwede daw yung police ang mag padala sa nbi ng reklamo para magkaHIT ako sa record.

I just have my name cleared sa NBI. Kapag nagkaron ka ng hit sa pagkuha ng NBI once, mahihit ba ulit kapag kumuha ka ng ulit ng panibago?

Scholar kasi ako ng gov't and nasa watch list ako ng nbi dahil dun kaya meron ako hit pero nag paclear na ko nung 2011. Cleared naman yung nakalagay sa NBI clearance ko after. Then kumuha ako ulit after ko magsubmit ng clearance and submitted all the documents required to have may name removed sa watch list pero may HIT pa rin ako til now.

Meron po ba time frame ma clear yung HIT or di na siya maclear and palagi ka na may hit everytime? Yung name ko kasi unique and sure ako na wala ako kapangalan

got my NBI clearance today. ayus naman wala naman record. mahirap lang talaga maghintay lalo na at nag speculate ka ng bagay bagay hehe. kung wala ka naman kasalanan at ang kaso mo sa past eh naayos mo na walang dapat ikatakot. basta dalhin lang ang papers na kelangan to prove na dismissed na yung case. thanks

tama po bng akusahan ka ng FALSIFICATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENT ang isang tao dahil nakapagpasa ka ng expired NBI sa company ?? eh wla k nmn tinampered oh binago?? hinde poh ba label ang kaso nila na akusahan ka sa kasalanang hinde mu nmn ginawa...??
