Hi Atty. This is the situation. Nagsign ng contract yung employee, then may mga changes sa ilang clause ng contract na ginawa ang employer. Now, yung employee hindi pa ulit nagsasign dun sa 2nd contract. the 1st contract with the employee's signature is still with the HR. Valid pa rin b ung 1st contract that was signed by the employee?
